A university in Halifax is offering students a novel way to cope with end-of-term exam stress: a puppy room.
Dalhousie University will invite therapeutic dogs — more commonly used in seniors’ homes and hospitals — to campus for three days next week.
“It fills a niche that people need right now because students are super stressed,” said Michael Kean, a third-year environmental science student who proposed the idea.
