Tina Fey's sitcom 30 Rock will soon be coming to an end as the next season will be its last. In a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times she discussed her favorite moments from the series.
One of them was from the season 2 episode "The Succession" which featured a parody of the film Amadeus. Fey said "It's a favorite of mine because, really, who wasn't crying out for an 'Amadeus' parody in 2007?" Another was from the season 3 episode "Apollo, Apollo." In this episode it's discovered that Fey's character Liz Lemon previously acted in phone sex commercials. She stated "It was one of the most fun sequences we've ever done — Jack Donaghy ends up laughing so hard he vomits." Last are the episodes from seasons 5 and 6 which feature comedian Margaret Cho playing Koren dictator Kim Jong Il/Kim Jong Un. "To have witnessed that and helped to cause that to happen gives me great joy," said Fey.
Thank you for so many great years, Tina. We'll be sad to see you (and Liz) go. What are your favorite moments from the series?
